  • Me too!! It's also been very helpful to me in planning. After I have my lunch, I look at the balances and fill in my planned dinner and snack. By doing it this way, I can modify it before I eat and make any changes to stay on track. I'm doing this every day and am finding that often I have to eat an EXTRA snack (oh, darn) just to keep on track. - by TRISHAWILLIAMS

  • This tool was so much better than trying to look up calories, etc. in a book. Sorry I was too lazy to do that. This is simple and fast. It made me realize I could do it. Plus I am so much more aware of what I eat and what it costs me. lol
