Try Plyometrics For Killer Cardio Workout



My gym offers a class based on just doing plyometrics; short/high intensity intervals of running, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, name it. For 50 minutes our heart rate is HIGH. Though it is a TOUGH workout and sometimes hard to keep up, I feel really really good afterwards. Something different from a "typical" cardio workout that really kicks your butt. emoticon
