Planning Ahead



I admire the spark members who are able to stay on track without tracking their food. It is I guess reserved to a small select group which I don't belong to. I don't like tracking but the times I have been successful I have. So once a week I take the time to plan it all in advance! It works for me!

    I struggle with logging. Whether it be good or bad. I find it hard to take the time and I find it hard to see what I am eating. But I don't get good results either. Thanks for sharing - by MELNJAY3
  • Planning ahead pays off during those times you can't focus on your eating or fitness. Allows you to reach for a healthier meal item or snack because that's what you have on hand. - by HAWKTHREE
