When ever I want to eat, I will drink hot tea or cold water. It will let me "eat" something without feeling guilty.

    I sometimes think my body confuses thirst as hunger, and I find this really does help. If I'm still hungry after about 20 mins I look for a small protein snack and find this helps keep me from spinning out of control. - by KAMITORI
