I went back to the drawing board by daily diet tracking and found I was the victim of calorie "creep"--enough for maintenance but not weight loss. My water consumption was off as well as my carbohydrate, protein and fat percentages. After a couple of weeks of wrangling with all of this stuff again, I'm back on track and am losing weight again. Hope this helps! - by STLOUNICK
Inches count measure yourself , you usually do not loose inches and weight at the same time, and be happy its not a gain!! relax dont stress , change things up , try a new food , be happy , enjoy life the scale will move again ,, when you weigh in , put all emotion aside , you are more than just a number on a scale - by CATHYHASSPARK
  • Switch your workouts up and try some different things. If you stick too close to the same routines, your body adjusts to it and the weight just seems to stay where it is. If you "confuse" your body, you will see a difference when you weigh. Just don't give up, you'll get there! - by KBEAR9963

I totally agree. I'm finding it a bit hard on finding the foods that are very similar here in Australia. I tend to add a lot of foods. I think this is my down fall. - by ALEXIA39
  • try eating less caloreies one day then more the next for a while that helped me. If you want spark me and I can get you the site that gives you the way to do it. - by KOEHNA
  • Dont beat yourself up too badly, I weighed after six weeks and lost .1 pound I did cardio 3x weekly and weight training alternating days. I am still pushing forward because my clothes are fitting me better. It is hard but hang in there, it will come off. emoticon - by JUDYGENTRY
  • Don't give up. Hitting a plateau is normal in weight loss. Make sure to measure yourself as well. - by FAMILYMAN8
