Secrets of Success

Store-Brand Products Have Improved & Are Economical!

I NEVER would buy 'generic brand' products.
Well, times have changed!
Thankfully, too, products have changed. Store-brand products now are usually very good, if not superior to some of the more expensive name brand products that I used to buy. I buy many store-name products of foods, cleaning supplies, everyday household products & etc.
I'm satisfied and I'm saving money, too!

  • My husband works for food packaging company. The plant where he works packages cheese. The exact same product goes into containers with different labels. I'm sure this is the same with most things we buy, whether it be food, appliances, paper products, etc. - by MNNICE
  • Absolutely true! I use mostly store-brand products. And then if I happen to find one I don't like, then at least I have tried the less expensive one and I move on. Most, as you say, are quite good! - by SNARDEESNIFF
  • Almost all store brand products are made by the name brand companies. They just put a different label on it. It's all the same thing. - by EBURNISON
  • I totally agree with you. There are only a few and a very few things that I still buy as brand name things, but all my canned veggies, frozen veggies, meats, and such is all store brand. Honestly, some of the store brand is better tasting and cheaper than the brand names! - by CROCHETDIANA
