Go All Diet Or Zero Cals On All Your Drinks~



its no brainer that drinks can add on tons of empty calories with out doing much for your hunger. so instead of grabbing a nice soda or fruit juice, go for a diet coke or light lemonade or diet iced tea; at first the taste difference is very obvious but in less than 3 days you will grow into it i promise and it saves you the like 210 calories per glass.

More Information:

you should never replace water with the drinks i mention above, but when you do want that occasional flavor drink go calories free- you will also feel guilt free. MAKE SURE ITS LOW SUGAR AS WELL!
