Perfect Little Dessert For 2



I make these for my husband and I for a healthier low-cal dessert: Cut a deep chocolate Vitatop in half and crumble each half into the bottom of 2 small ramekins. (You can also use 100-calorie Hostess cupcakes or WW cakes-not as healthy, but they're cheaper and easier to find). Microwave for 15 seconds. Then top each with 1/2 of a chocolate Jello pudding snack, a squirt of Fat Free Redi Wip, and 2 sliced strawberries. Each dessert has only about 100 calories but is pretty satisfying!
