Because I'm a grab it and eat it kind of person, I like to keep my fridge stocked with fruit and veggies. Before I put the veggies in I wash, cut and place them on a tray. This very a very handy way of grabbing on the go and avoiding the cookies! emoticon

    I have started doing this myself with all my fruits and veggies and I find that when my son gets the munchies he will actually pull out the veggies I have already cut up to snack on. - by CLWALDRO
