Tips For A Sweet Tooth

Whenever I have the urge for something sugary, I brew a cup of sweet herbal tea. Or prepare sugar-free hot chocolate with 1/2 water and skim milk and garnish it with just a squirt of sugar free whip cream! ; ) emoticon

  • one thing that has truly helped me is putting choclate stevia in my coffee, this has helped me many times at work to cut my choclate and sweet cravings, it surprised me that i did like like this coz i like my coffee black but this is my nightly sweet choclatey treat, no calories and i find i look forward to it, i use the keurig coffee maker and k-cups and also i don't even like the flavored coffees, but i do like this - by WOGGER54
That's good; I'm going to try it now since I'm cold and craving sweets. Thanks! - by MISSTELLIA910
i have this brazilian orange/mate tea and put add an international delight hazlenut creamer single.
its delioucous (and im not even that crazy about tea) and it tends to both fix my sweet tooth craving and ease any hunger that i might have.

  • I like that idea. I also love the Jello sugar free puddings with a little bit of light whip - this usually cures the sweet tooth without adding a lot of calories. Extra gum has come out with some new "Dessert" gums, my favorite by far is the Mint Chocolate Chip; they also have strawberry shortcake and keylime pie. - by SHANIBUG7426
  • That is a great idea. I tend to go with the sweet tooth but I can make some adjustments so as to minimize the damage as you have with the tea. - by MARDGY
