Healthier Sweetener For Coffee



I use 100% pure Maple Syrup (not the fake stuff!) to sweeten my coffee. It is loaded with Manganese and Zinc, and I use far less of it than regular sugar. The body knows how to digest and process this naturally occuring sugar, unlike processed sugars.

  • I think this could be great in tea too. Not with milk, but just a little syrup to give flavour. I often drink red bush tea with caramel.I wonder if it makes a good milk shake. I love anything that is like toffee! emoticon - by DOTTYDRUID
