Kick The Soda!



I used to think I could never go without a soda. Just thinking about not ever drinking a soda again would make me crave it even more. It was actually a lot easier than I thought, to kick. I mainly drink water and one cup of coffee a day.
If I want a soda, I split one with my fiancÚ, so I still get the taste, but I get half the calories.

Since I quit drinking soda I lost 4 labs in a week and a half! Imagine the possibilities! emoticon

  • If you still crave soda, try giving Zevia a try. It has a few carbs, but no calories and no artificial sweeteners. It is sweetened with Stevia. I really enjoy most of the flavors -- especially Dr. Zevia which is similar to Dr. Pepper. - by DARBOYMOM
