Just A Little Love For My Knee



Small movements I've found that relieve the pain. I"ve been in pain for the last week, and found that if I moved my hip, (the one on the side of the painful knee) the way Cancan dancers do, -- it looks like they're moving their knee, when in fact, they move the hip--, I'm able to get up from sitting and experience less pain, even no pain.
I didn't find that on my own, but thanks to my Feldenkrais instructor emoticon
