Do not use instant or sweetened / flavored kind of oatmeal. There should be the only one ingredient in the list - rolled oats.

  • My daily staple is oatmeal cooked with skim milk in the microwave. When it is finished, add a very liberal sprinkling of cinnamon, a conservative sprinkling of chopped walnuts, and a to-your-taste sprinkling of Splenda. Sticks to my ribs all morning.

  • I just fixed oatmeal this morning. Added cinnamon, a little nutmeg, cloves and ginger. When it was finished I stirred in some frozen blueberries. By the time I poured the milk the berries were thawed and it was soo yummy! emoticon - by PAMNANGEL
