I find that if you stay away from negative people while trying to lose weight, you're results will be better. Especially if you are an emotional eater.

  • For me I am just finding that when I am in that negativity I just want to keep everything in that mode: work, home, etc. Since I have been staying out of that place I am sailing thru other situations.
