Quality, Not Quantity



When I started my weight-loss and health improvement journey, I knew that I would be eating less than before, so I decided that I was going to enjoy what I ate more. I was going to choose only quality foods that I really loved and savor them even more. Focusing on the quality of my eating made the change to healthy eating more fun and positive.

  • I TOTALLY agree...I enjoy my food so much more now than I "thought" I did before. The difference for me though is that now it seems that I eat more than I did before I started on this journey to lose weight (go figure!). Maybe it's a mental thing, but it seems like I'm eating all day at work and then I go home and have to eat dinner (I know, poor me).

    Choosing quality foods has however made my endless eating quite enjoyable! - by RACHELSCHILD
