Keep Changing Your Goal



Last night I was extremely tired but wanted to still do the treadmill so I told myself to at least to 10-15 minutes. When I got to 10, I told myself to do 15, then at 15, I said you can go to 20; at 20 I told myself I did it that long I can go another 5 more; then told myself to do 5 again. Helped
