A Tip To Keep On Keeping On...



My daughter gave me this tip a few years ago and it helps me so much that I want to pass it on...

Pop in a stick of gum before going out to exercise. This helps me not to have dry mouth/throat, which used to always make me cut short my exercise. Of course, be sure to hydrate after the workout.

    Everytime I go out and walk I feel like I have swallowed a mouth full of cotton by the time I finish my walk. I never thought about doing this. Another good thing about it is it gives you something to pop and smack while you're walking to keep your mind off the pain! :-) - by TERRILLWHITE78
