Secrets of Success

Wii Fit

I would suggest trying the Wii Fit. It makes excising a lot more fun. You will not be stuck in the routine of repetition over repetition. You will not even realize your working out. Until the next morning your a little sore.

  • I was given a wii fit system by my supervisor. She said it was an early christmas gift for me and the family. She even went far and beyond and gave me personally the wii sport fit!!! Talk about exciting. This has brought entertainment into the house as well as a workout system for me...espcially when I can't make it to the gym, so no excuses, right? I am very happy and about blessing!!! So wii it up and have fun while you work out:-) emoticon - by SEXYDIMEDIVA_T
  • I agree with this as well. During the winter this is one thing my son and I can do together instead of sitting in front of a TV doing nothing. - by ONLY1LIFETOLOSE
  • Anything to change it up and this sounds like a great idea. Like my treadmill, which is for Nana only, I don't share some things because grandchildren and children tend to behave a little rougher on them. Lost 3 stationary bikes to the kids. - by HETZ51

Before I found SparkPeople I lost a good amount of weight by using Wii Fit in the morning for about 30 minutes (most days) and walking/treadmill in the evenings. I still use Wii Fit and enjoy trying new exercises. - by LGIOWA

  • I've known about various Wii's since they first appeared quite a long time ago. I've never got into Wii's but it seems that everywhere I look these days, someone is raving about the Wii Fit! We've got lots of ad on the TV for it just now, so maybe I'll have to drag myself, kicking and screaming, into the 21st Century!!! apart from gym work and a personal trainer, I've got the Slim-in-6, which is a pretty strong work-out especially when you get to the second and third phases, but it's not exactly something I have fun doing. Home exercising needs to be fun if we are to keep our enthusiasm up, so Wheeeee! Here I come… time for a Wii for meeee! - by CHEBBA

  • I got the wii fit for Christmas and have used it almost every day since. When I don't feel like exercising, I tell myself that I can at least take the 5 minutes to do the daily body test, and once I get on it, the time flies. I've had it stop me because I was on it so long and the wii knew I needed to take a break! - by WVICTORIA
  • My daughter homeschools and uses the WII Fit as part of the kids gym class. Not all the time but like now she lives in Alaska and they can't go out everyday. - by JUNETTA2002
