  • After my babies and I have breakfast we head over to the YMCA. They go to the nursery, and I go to the elliptical. It feels so good to go first thing in the morning. I have a hard time keeping up a fitness regimen for myself, but it is becoming a routine which makes it easier to do. - by LAMB1020
  • It gets me out of bed, inspires creative thoughts, doesn't conflict with other appointments, prevents excuses to not get a workout in, gets me energized, saves times to shower once instead of twice, burns fat right away, leads to successful weight loss, and most of all - MAKES ME THE PRIORITY. emoticon - by DRB13_1
