Secrets of Success

Cheap But Fantastic Facial

One egg and about twenty minutes equals great feeling skin.
It sounds a little gross, but it works and is cheap. Iíve been doing this for a little while now and I will not buy facial masks at the store anymore.
The egg white is the cleaning portion and the egg yoke is the moisturizing portion.

More Information:

1.Separate the egg into two bowls.
2.Beat the egg whites with a fork, until frothy.
3.With your fingers, dab the mixture onto your face
4.Let it dry completely and wash off.
5.Pat your face dry
6.Grab the egg yoke bowl and repeat step three, four and five.

  • I'm an Esthetician this is true there are alot of natural things you have at home in your fridge or cuboard that can be a face mask .Oatmeal makes a very nice treatment mask. - by CHRISSY3177
  • I haven't tried this mask, but mashed strawberries are a very old treatment for sunburn or freckles. They soothe the sun burn and 'bleach' freckles. Cucumber is known to be cooling for the skin and eyes in particular. Just lie slices on tired eye lids for a while and see. You can make a cooling mask with mashed cucumber and natural yogurt. If you have an Aloe Vera plant, cut about an inch or two, depending on the thickness of the stem. Slit it open down its length and open out. The jelly like inside can be used to treat burns, sunburn, dry skin, soreness and itches. As it dries it leaves the skin soft and smooth (may need more than one treatment). Good to have in the kitchen for those minor burns. emoticon - by DOTTYDRUID
