Make Your Own Salad Dressing



Store-bought and restaurant dressings have so many calories! The regular dressings have lots of fat; the light dressings have lots of sugar. Make your own and cut way back on the calories!

Greek yogurt is a great base for mayonnaise based-dressings like. I love balsamic on a salad, but it can be too strong for other people, so try rice wine vinegar or one of the new flavored vinegars.

    I agree! I mix equal parts of balsamic vinegar and fresh squeezed orange juice with a littel honey and some chopped cilantro for a quick and yummy salad dressing! It's also fat free. - by CONURSEMAMA
