Walk In Front Of The Tv



I used to think only big efforts counted toward weight loss, but I've found you don't always have to go to the gym to help you get to goal. Walking, dancing, and moving instead of sitting while you watch TV can make a real difference.

  • Yes I agree any time I am going to watch tv I get out my exercise mat & do something during the show. This is such a great way to fit in a little exercise. I keep a bag with hand weights, stretchy bands. Then I am not doing the same moves all the time - by MARTHAR3
