Too Hot To Cook? We Still Need To Eat Healthy



If you don't like hot cereal in the summer months, try mixing up raw oats with other favorites, like nuts, berries, seeds or whatever you prefer, & before going to bed, pour the milk on & let it soak overnight in the fridge. In the morning you have a fast, cold, healthy cereal with zero prep time!!

    I've never heard of this. It certainly sounds interesting and as I do love hot cereal - but it's way too hot to be eating it now, this could be a good alternative. Thx - by MSCOLLEENA
  • Soaking oats is a big thing with eating raw, but you don't have to eat raw to enjoy 'em. I tried this a while ago and it was great! emoticon - by ELECTROPENQUINN
