Secrets of Success

Jogging In Place

Anytime I have just a few minutes, on commercials, even right after using the restroom before flushing and walking out into the feront room, I jog in place for a minute. It raises my heart rate and wakes my body up to get my blood flowing and my heart beating. emoticon

  • I often jog in place while waiting for something cooking on the stove, waiting for my tea to brew, or when getting ready for bed in the bathroom ~ I jog in place to take the pedometer to the next level, be it 100, 200, 300 steps. - by TWILAQ1
