Cardio Does It



I feel I get more out of my workout when I do cardio. I do about 30 to 60 minutes of cardio exercise a day. Then I focus on the strength training and abs.

    You should do strength training first and then cardio. Not the other way around! It's amazing when you pump the muscles with blood and then enjoy the sweat to bring them!! Keep fighting fit ladies!! emoticon - by IM0RTAL
