  • Personal trainers can motivate you to so more than you would do on your own, and having an appointment keeps you accountable. Your trainer should tailor your workouts to your fitness level and adapt for any injuries or weaknesses you have. Check their credentials - don't assume just because someone looks in good physical shape that they are qualified. And beware if they are pushing supplements or other products. - by DRB13_1
