  • I like to have three egg whites with yellow and red bell peppers chopped up into it, two ounces of turkey, and a tablespoon of white corn salsa. On the side, I like to have a mixed cup of strawberries and blueberries. I also eat two pieces of healthy life - high fiber bread when I'm really hungry; this has great staying power and keeps me going all morning! - by BEACHTEACHER

    Good sources of protein with no or low fat:

    fat-free cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
    egg beaters or egg whites
    chicken or turkey breast

    If you want to get a quick, easy veggie fix, try low-sodium V-8 or tomato juice. But raw veggies are better for you than juice. (They have more fiber and less sodium.) - by STORMY724
