I make sure to do a different type of exercise several times a week - it breaks up my routine, keeps me interested and keeps my muscles guessing. Jogging, biking, eliptical, exercise DVD's - love them all!

  • Completely agree - try to mix it up between stuff at home & in the gym to keep the body guessing. Sometimes a break from hard and heavy to light/easy is what the body needs. Keep it coming but keep it guessing. - by LADYJ6942
