Use Your Sparkpoints List



Go to your SparkPoint list and see where you can gain some points. I go there everyday and gather as many as I can. Remember, every 5 minutes of exercise is 1 point, so rack a few up. The points give a sense of satisfaction like crossing items off a to-do list.
