Save Calories For When You Need Them



I find that I am most hungry after my workout in the evening when I am relaxing on the couch. When I am at work I barely have time to think about eating. I have a light breakfast and lunch which leaves me enough calories to have a larger dinner that keeps me from snacking all night long!

  • I do this too. This also works for me if I'm going out to eat in the evening. I can eat lighter earlier to save calories for that restaurant meal. - by NWILDES
