Talk To Yourself



There are days I just don't feel like exercising. But a little self talk can go a long way. I now have this SP voice in my head reminding me how much better I will feel about myself if I just go on for 5 more minutes, then 10, then before you know it - I've finished my workout.

    Couldn't agree more, most mornings I still feel so fat and say to myself what is the use, but then I tell myself, just a 1/2 hour you can do that, but for the most part, once my body is in motion I go the whole 45 minutes...maybe some day I'll convince myself to go a whole 60 minutes..not there yet, but work towards it..first I start at 15, 30, 40, now 45 with the tension from 3, 5, 6, now is all a mind game really it is . - by DEBRABUF
