This might not save time, but it keeps the food healthy, and very tasty! To top that off we burn a few calories up on our feet moving, so add this to the twist.

More Information:

Pasta, taste so good freshly made! Spaghetti sauce or marinara from fresh tomatoes and herbs, corn tortilla's from masa. Hummus from home needs less oil. If I want chips I fry flour tortilla in my caste iron; only 1 serving made.
If I want dip - guacamole is made from scratch. No presevatives!
