The Scale!!



What helps me to stay focused on a daily basis is to go on the scale every morning. If I had a bad night the following morning I jump right on the scale. This helps me to stay on track and not let much time lapse so that I regain.

  • At Weight Watcher's meetings they always say jumping on the scale everyday is not a good thing. I disagree...I'm with you. I get on the scale everyday. When I am up a lb or 2 in one day, I know to watch the carbs , eat some yogurt and have a salad that day and I'm back on track the next. Stick with it. emoticon - by TERROL51
