  • I never thought about that, but I guess it's because the knees have a smaller surface area. I wonder if that counts the weight below your knees or if that's already factored in. Anyway, I have a creaky knee so this is good to hear. I think I used to lock them when I was standing around, so know I try and keep them active when I'm standing. - by VTRICIA
