  • After having gastric bypass surgery and trying diet after diet, I realize it takes me to be successful, not dieting, exercise or surgery, but me. If I choose to loose weight I will.
    So what does that mean to me? That means choosing to make most of each day, with exercise, nutrition, and counting every calorie. I have to do this for life. I want and do feel better now, more so than any other time in my life. I have more to go, but will loose the rest with the Lords help and choose to live each day, within my calories, and workout. It might be less or more as I go, but I will loose, since I choose to. I thought I couldn't loose but I will if I apply myself each day, count my calories, and work out. It takes diligence, and determination to do it and the willingness to keep going. - by MICHELLEJ653
  • I have a book rest on my treadmill, so that I can read while I walk. I also have a fan that I have trained on my face to keep me from overheating. I take medications that make me sick if I get overheated and they interact with sun so I can't work-out outside. This is the best way for me to exercise and still enjoy it. emoticon - by PENGUINNS
