Tart Cherry Juice Prevents Sore Joints After Workouts



According to if you drink tart cherry juice after a workout it prevents post workout pain. It is also used to help with arthritis pain. If the juice is too "strong" , you can dilute it with water and get the same benefits from it.

  • Cherries are believed to have anti-inflammatory properties as well as reduce pain and swelling so this makes sense! I have dried tart cherries in freezer for making biscotti and scones, but I also have a Bing cherry tree for harvesting my own fresh cherries (some of which we freeze after washing and pitting).
