  • I don't "diet" per say - just modified my lifestyle and incorportated better eating habits. I don't avoid all sweets, (oh man, can't do that!!) just limit what I do eat and I've never been a big fast food person. I have virtually eliminated alcohol and my favorite frosty cold one (or two)and cut out all "whites." I feel healthier and more energetic. - by NANNER2121
