Secrets of Success

Chiropractic Care Has Many Benefits

I never "believed" in chiropractors until a few months ago, because I never understood how important your spinal health is to your overall well-being. Finding a "Maximized Living" doctor in my area has helped me tremendously. I highly recommend getting checked, even if you "feel good."

More Information:

I lost more than 100 lbs and kept it off nearly 2 years. Started yo-yoing and stuck at about 30 lbs up, also had vertigo. After beginning treatment, vertigo disappeared. I've also (mostly) stuck to my healthy eating & exercise plan and dropped 10 pounds so far. I'm sure there is a connection! emoticon

  • Chiropractic should be a life long part of your healthy lifestyle. Would you only work out once a month or "only when you feel weak"? To get the true benefits of chiropractic, make it a routine and enjoy a healthy nerve system ALL the time........ (even when you're not in pain) - by CHIRO6262
  • That's a great idea. When we have money again I'll go see one. I would also like to see a Herboligist. - by KITTY1970
  • I agree! After gaining 50 pounds, I started having back pain so I went to a chiropractor. He took x-rrays of my spine and I learned that I have Scoliosis. I never knew! The adjustments make me feel great and less tense. The chiro told me that if I were to lose the weight, my back pain would be gone for good but until then I have to go in for an adjustment once a week. - by LILBEAR2008
  • I have gone to a chiropractor since I was about 9 years old. My mom said after my first adjustment, I commented that my headache was gone. To this day, there are various ways that my body signals me that it needs an adjustment: my elbow aches when not aligned, spot itches along spine when it will easily adjust, cough when certain neck bone is out, etc. I still see a regular doctor, but a chiropractor is first choice when it could be anything dealing with misalignment. - by CTTAGENT
