When Its too hot outside, take the exercise to the pool, do jumping jacking, simulate jumping rope, running, walking at a brisk pace.

    I try to swim across the pool several times. I alternate propelling myself with my arms one time across and then my legs the next time. I do this several times while I am in the pool and it seems to be a pretty good workout. - by ITSTIMEFORME3
