Be A Streaker!!!



Hah! Get your mind out of the gutter! What I mean is commit to have an exercise streak by exercising 10 minutes a day for a 7 day streak (or whatever you're comfortable for). Or a 14 day streak of drinking 8 glasses of water a day. Or a 30-day streak of logging your food. C'mon - lets STREAK!!!
