Staying home with your children is wonderful, but it is so tempting to eat the things they have left on their meal plates. YOU ARE NOT A GARBAGE DISPOSAL! Avoid the extra calories and dispose of their plates as soon as they are done!

  • I was very slim my entire life, up until after I had my older children (now 15 and almost 13) - I couldn't stand to see food go to waste and what they didn't finish "I" did... I gained almost 50 pounds in 3 years... I have since lost it all again - but I admit, it still is hard for me to NOT eat from their plates. But I count ALL calories I eat, and anytime I'm tempted, I have to ask "do I want to weigh this and input it into spark?" If the answer is no, then I do NOT eat a bite!! - by CORINA-MOMOF4
