I Can Eat More Than I Thought And Still Lose



I also keep track of my calories daily as best as I can

followed a calorie calculator to calculate how many calories can consume for my height, present weight , how often I exercise....lost 2 pounds a week...u can eat more than u think! IT depends on your present info. Worked like a charm! emoticon
