Lowcost Yummy Yogurt Treat



Buy Non-Fat Yogurt (plain) in the large tub and add your favorite mixins. One of my favorites is sugar free pancake syrup. It sweetens the yogurt and add a great maple flavor. To that, I'll add a little meusli, granola or oatmeal at night and let it sit in the fridge overnight for breakfast.

  • I love the non-fat plain yogurt with some frozen blue berries and maybe a banana in the blender. Sometimes I put this on whole wheat shredded wheat cereal, the kind with no added sugar. - by BAJANSEN1
