Exercise Curbs Your Appetite



It's really true -- exercise, even just walking for 1/2 hour, really curbs your appetite. I get hungriest when I'm just sitting on my kazoo at night, watching tv. But when I got back from my walk this evening, I wasn't hungry at all. And exercise is so good for getting your BG down! emoticon

    I hope this is what I needed to see to get me moving like my doctor keeps telling me to do. So far I have procrastinated but if it helps get the numbers down...I'm going to give it a try. emoticon - by GMORTON1
