Secrets of Success

Don'T Be Afraid To Eat

  • I ate a half of a pizza - and was amazed that it all fit in my calories for the day! I thought - OH, NO! I blew it - but once I tracked it all in it all fit and also my percentages weren't even that far off - of course it all fit with what I ate earlier in the day but I was amazed - it wasn't a slip up at all - like I thought it was - - by SUESINK
