Want to weigh less on weigh-in? First, eat at a reasonable time at night like 5-6PM, especially a low cal dinner like a piece of fish or meat & a small salad, & don't eat after that. Take an evening walk or do your exercising after dinner. In the morning, weigh yourself as soon as you get up, & naked.
