'Practice' Does Not Make Perfect



Practice dosen't make perfect. If what you are practicing is something incorrect, then what you are doing only makes you perfect in doing something incorrectly.

PERFECT Practice makes Perfect. By doing something 'Correctly' you will become perfect at doing something correctly.

Are you doing something 'perfectly' or are you doing that thing incorrectly?

Do you count that beer or two as part of your fluid intake? A diuretic of any kind is not getting your body hydrated.

Make sure you are meeting your goals through perfect form.
