Easy Oatmeal



Pour boiling water over old fashioned oats and let it sit a bit. When you come back to it, it will be cooked, If you add some raisins or dried cranberries with a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg before adding the water, it's especially tasty!

It's a good time to heat extra water to make morning black or green tea.

    I put 1/3 cup skim milk and 1/3 cup water with 1/3 cup oats & cook in a 1000W microwave for 2 minutes. It comes out lovely and creamy. I stir in 1 tsp of brown sugar for sweetness - yum! - by PRINCESS_TWISTY
  • I put Soy milk in mine then cook in the Microwave for 2.30 min on medium heat.
    Than add cinnamon and plain low fat yogurt.
    Also fresh or dried fruit
