Secrets of Success

Waking up to face what I have to go through in the next couple of months. Where they may go and how I will deal with them. When you are alone and you have very important things to line up and don't know who to call, it gets scary. Never thought I would be alone but that is what it is. God will help.

If you try to take it as months to face, it will be very daunting. Take it one day at a time. Those will be small pieces that you can manage.

  • Well, reading your spark page and some of your blogs, I apparently misunderstood the message! I thought you were in the process of getting yourself sober from alcohol or drugs. I think I was wrong, sorry. It seems you are simply (for lack of a better word) going through a tough time right now in your life. Well my advise still stands and remember that the Lord wouldn't allow it if he knew you couldn't come through it. - by TERICHAVEZ
  • I know how the road can seem so long and lonely, I've been there. But your last sentence is the key to your success, YOU ARE NOT ALONE, God will help. I know it sounds cliche', but take things one day at a time or even one hour at a time, or if that still seems too difficult then congratulate your progress one minute at a time. Everyday you wake up sober is another day of the new you and rejoice in that you are farther away from the you that you don't want to be. I'll keep you in my prayers Chattiegirl. Continue to forum, we're all here to help and encourage. emoticon - by TERICHAVEZ
